Major Project Four -
The owners of this home wanted more curb appeal and higher ceilings in the master bedroom and family room, as well as a larger ensuite bath. Previous designs by other owners had seen the additions of larger rooms with vaulted ceilings. To provide continuity within the home, and rise to the customers challenge, Duo proposed lifting the entire roof of the home providing 9' ceilings while not requiring a new roof. A re-design of the interior spaces also freed up dead space in the floor plan increasing the size of living spaces and rooms without the need for additions. Savings from additions, and the innovative roof remedy allowed for a new kitchen renovation. | back to index |
