The existing house was dark while sitting high on a hillside over looking a valley and creek. The owner had a vision of a modern dream house but thought the existing house would have to be torn down to build it. Dramatic new rooflines and cantilevers, energy efficient glazing, new stucco, and a small addition creating 20' ceilings in the great room all completed this dream renovation.
